On today’s Tech Help for Churches, YouTube: Why your church should use it

Linking to your site from YouTube and putting the videos that are there on your site help your church to show up when people are looking for you.
Findability- Since so many people go to YouTube when they’re looking for videos (because it’s the world’s largest search engine), your church is actually more findable if you have videos on youtube.
Backup and storage- It probably goes without saying, but free video backup and storage on YouTube is a nice feature. Whatever you do, though, make sure you have other backups because accounts do get hacked and closed. You don’t want YouTube to be your only backup.
Embedding- Arguably, one of the reasons that YouTube is so powerful is because they have always allowed people to upload videos and embed them in their sites. There are specific codes you can use to make this the best experience it can be, but suffice it to say that embedding can really make your site’s content pop, adding value and context to the words that you already have.
