One of the minor changes that Renewed Vision made when they released ProPresenter 7 was to surface something that has existed through previous versions, but wasn’t obvious, if you didn’t know about it.
Hotkeys.
Of course, a lot of people have known that you can type in a slide number and hit enter to jump to that slide.
What not everyone knew was that you could set a hotkey that would do the same thing as well.
Why would you want to do that? Well, you could set a hotkey for Verse one and use that hotkey for ALL verse ones, no matter the song.
Additionally, hot keys only require you to tap a single key. So, they’re at least twice as fast as “number enter”, but could be much faster.
The genius of Pro7 is that they’re preset and show up automatically when you separate lyrics into verses and choruses.
