In the last few weeks, I’ve been working on series on how to do the interactive projection that I saw in Nashville at Salt 2016. If you missed either of the previous tutorials, you can watch them at these links:

This week, let’s print out the buttons themselves. First, recognize that this step is optional. You could always just use regular buttons like these (affiliate link).

Instead, I decided to make my own. So, first I headed over to 123Dapp and fired up TinkerCad. Using that software, I found a shape I liked and tweaked it to make a flattened 3-sided pyramid. Then I downloaded the stl file (which you can get at the link below), and headed to my local library to print it out.
