Maybe your church has put off switching to ProPresenter until now. Maybe you’re new to a church that uses it. Maybe you’re new to church tech in general. No matter the reason, everyone has a first time running ProPresenter (if you ever run it).

Here’s how to create a simple presentation. You add a playlist, then you add a document (song or message notes). Then you type (or copy and paste) the words you want in that document, format it and add a background.

Adding in a foreground video is pretty easy to. It’s just like adding in a background, but you can drag it to the playlist as a stand alone item.

That’s how you start. That should enable you to create something basic. Next time, we’ll dive further in.
