You can actually have several formats for stage display. So, if your pastor wants the main display, but the band wants current and next lyrics only. Just create new stage displays for each and format them appropriately. Then, just switch during the prayer after the worship and before the pastor preaches.

There’s also a hardware solution. Just duplicate the main screen (using a distribution amplifier) and run that signal to a secondary monitor next to the stage display.
