As techies, we sometimes have an idea of why something should be a certain way. What do you do when your pastor disagrees or makes it hard to do what you need to?
- Address misconceptions
- Assume the best
- Show; don’t tell
- Do your best to follow well
- Provide alternatives
- Communicate when something isn’t physically possible
- Figure out what you could do better in the same circumstances
