TNB140227 — 5 things to consider when showing movie clips in your church service

It all comes down to copyright and content

On today’s Tech, No Babel: 5 things to consider when showing movie clips in your church service.

1. Consider copyright.
2. Use WingClips.com or CVLI.org to get permission to show clips in service.
3. Remember that there are limitations of what you can and can’t do. (No movie remixes or streaming/downloading of clips, etc.)
4. Have a plan for cussing and a list of what is cussing.
5. Watch the clip beforehand and on the big screen to make sure you haven’t missed something.
