On today’s Tech, No Babel, “Educating” the pastor.

As techies, we sometimes have an idea of why something should be a certain way. What do you do when your pastor disagrees or makes it hard to do what you need to?

  • Address misconceptions
  • Assume the best
  • Show; don’t tell
  • Do your best to follow well
  • Provide alternatives
  • Communicate when something isn’t physically possible
  • Figure out what you could do better in the same circumstances
