Do you need to make text all caps in ProPresenter? Here are two ways I’d do it:

First, you can try the quick and easy way. Basically, you find an all capitals font (like Capitals, which I use in the video above) and just change the text to that font, creating a template after you’re done so that you can quickly apply that font to all the text you want to have it.

Some people might try to right click and select quick edit and then right click that text and select “Transformations” and then “Make Upper Case.” This works, but you need to do it for each slide.

A better way to do it, which initially looks like it takes more steps, but actually saves you quite a bit of work, is to export the song, sermon notes, etc. as text. Next open that text file in TextEdit and select all the text. Now, right click, select Transformations and Make All Caps as before. Save the text file and reimport it into ProPresenter.

This is a couple of more steps, but gives you the added advantage that you have two versions — all caps and regular, so when your church decides to go back, it’s already done.

For more on how to do this, watch the video above.
