ProPresenter techs…is there a way to launch an audio playlist when a new slide launches? We’re trying to set up automatic music within pre-service looping slides.

I’ve seen a LOT of posts regarding Pro Presenter.;
I come from the corporate a.v. world, so my question is this:
Why do you use Pro Presenter, rather than hardware, like switchers, playback devices, recorders, etc?
